We've made some exciting new changes to the membership section of our website!

Dendy Website (Desktop and Mobile)

We have redesigned the membership section of our website to provide a more user-friendly and intuitive navigation experience for all members.

Accessing Your Account

To view the changes to the membership dashboard on the Dendy website, first you will need to login. If you have claimed your account already simply click on the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the website and enter your details.

If this is the first time you are accessing your Dendy account, you will need to reset your password to access your account with the following steps:

- Click on the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the new Dendy website

- Select "REGISTER",

- Select “EXISTING CUSTOMER”,

- Type in your email and click “SEND EMAIL TO CLAIM ACCOUNT”,

- You will be sent an email with instructions to set your new password.

Account Page

Our account page has been completely redesigned to make it easier for all members to navigate. In the top section you will be able to view the most important details such as:

- Membership Tier

- Points Total

- Credit Available

As you scroll down you will be able to click on the following sections to gain more information about your Dendy account:

- Membership Information

- Account Information

- Order History

- Payment Information

Membership Status

Once you have clicked on the 'Membership' tab, this will take you to a brand new section we have designed which brings all the relevant membership information into once place.

In the 'Status' tab you will be able to view the following information:

- Membership Tier (Silver, Gold, or Platinum)

- Membership Expiry

- Visits left to achieve next tier

If you click on 'Learn more about tiers' a pop up will appear which provide you all the information you need about each tier's benefits including how many visits required to reach that tier, candy bar discounts, points earned, and more!

Membership & Billing

Now with the new layout, you can update your payment details in two sections. If you are on the main account page there is a tab titled 'Payment Information'. Here you can add a credit card and remove it at any time you like.

The second section is in the 'Membership' tab, which we suggest you manage your payment details from. If you scroll to the bottom it will provide you a range of information such as, if you have an active card on file, an expired card on file but an active Club Dendy account, no card on file but an active Club Dendy account, or if you have cancelled your subscription.

We have added an image below for reference as to how the differing information will appear, depending on how your membership profile is currently set up.

Rewards, Vouchers, and Card Tabs

Members are now be able to see all eligible rewards & vouchers to redeem at checkout along with additional rewards that you can work towards.

Members with valid Club Dendy member cards attached to their account are able to access this information via the Card Tab.
