Located in the brand-new Queen Street Village (old hospital site) at Dendy Southport on the Gold Coast. Dendy Cinemas brings you a unique and independent cinema experience that will be your new favourite hangout!

Audiences will enjoy a broad range of curated content, including international films, from arthouse and foreign productions to the latest blockbusters and family films, plus Award winning movies and film festivals. There will be something for everyone at Dendy Southport.

Dendy Southport boasts 11 stylish cinemas and a stunning foyer area where you can meet up for a drink before or after your film. All cinemas are fully licensed, so you can take your drink into the cinema with you and enjoy while you watch your movie. The famous Dendy choc top lovingly handmade will also be available at the candy bar, plus lots of other delicious snacks to enjoy.

Undercover discounted parking is available with a cinema ticket validation. Street parking is also available, check signage.

All cinemas are wheelchair accessible with wheelchair spaces available. Accessible bathrooms also available at the cinema. Wheelchair car parking is available with lift access to the cinema.

Closed Caption & Audio Description

For our hearing and vision impaired guests, Dendy offers accessible cinema so you can enjoy the entire cinematic experience via your own personal device and sit anywhere in the cinema. Please see staff at the box office to collect the equipment and note the equipment is subject to availability (you will need to leave a form of ID to ensure the safe return of the equipment).
